I have been waiting that day for a long long time, still feel nervous in the morning. We woke up at 7AM to get things ready for the first day of work.
I was in the HR & GA (Human Resources & General Administration) department, my friends were in the PCL (Production Control Large) department.
In the first two days, they said it is our “honeymoon” days. We took a plant tour around the company and briefing sections to learn about the Do’s and Don’ts at HOEM (Hoya Electronics Malaysia).

We also received some essential utensils such as spoon, fork, chopsticks and company shoes as wel as the uniform.

Here are some information that I have learnt from the briefing sections.
HoyaElectronics Malaysia Sdn Bhd is a member of the Hoya Group. Located in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Hoya has continued to grow around the core business of leading optical technologies. With 100% of the company’s capital is from Japan, HOEM has over 500 employees and the workplace was bought from another company from 2005.

On Wednesday, we were allocated to our department. My department’s employees, they offered me hearty greeting by introducing about each other. I was so honored to be welcomed by this way.
From Wednesday to Friday, I was always in every recruitment interview that the HR department held. I have learned a lot about how the HR dept. work, it was such a pleasure for me.
I also have the opportunity to read a lot of CV and Resúme to withdraw the experience to myself in the future.

Besides the work stuff, on Wednesday we and our best Malaysian friends went to the MBI Desaku which is a favorite brightly light night time garden attraction.
My roomate he made a clip about our trip at MBI Desaku.
